Since the first outbreak of the Peter Pan peanut butter recall, the news has only become worse.  Now, the FDA is saying the peanut butter contamination poses more of a health risk than previously thought.  The group has also said it would increase monitoring and investigation of plants that process peanut butter.  The FDA has not decided whether it will sanction ConAgra, the processor of the Peter Pan peanut butter.
