State Agency Cleared of Fault in I-4 Crash

In a report issued by the Florida Office of Agricultural Law Enforcement,  the State Division of Forestry has been exonerated as a contributing cause of the fiery January  car and truck accident on I-4.  The report concludes that unpredictable changes in the weather caused the fire to burn out of the control area.  In a related finding FHP has issued its preliminary report indicating that driver error and not the burn was the cause of the crash and resulting deaths.
