The American Association For Justice has prepared a detailed and disturbing report outlining the shocking behavior of insurance companies toward their own policy holders in connection with valid insurance claims. The report is called

. It details a pattern of shameful activity from the same big insurance companies that you see advertising that they are on your side. The actions show quite the opposite treatment of policyholders from the representations made in the ads.
