Another Good Samaritan Killed on I-95

Comments Off

A man from Tamarac was killed by a drunk driver last Saturday in Martin County. The man had stopped to help a woman from Greenacres who was stranded on I-95. The man parked his car in front of the broken down vehicle and he went back to the driver’s side of his car for something. The drunk driver swerved at the same time as we was passing the stopped vehicles and struck and killed the 50 year-old man. According to police, the drunk driver will be charged with DUI manslaughter and DUI with property damage.
